Prime Minister advised students not to get distracted and spoil their moods based on what others expect out of them. He said most of the students end up scoring less because they are scared to perform well or are under pressure to give results as per their parents and society. Positive attitude of parents' becomes a huge force in a child's life; he said.
To the parents, he requested them to not impose their unfulfilled dreams and aspirations on the children and to not compare them with other kids, as that might create a negative effect. He urged students to have a technology free hour' and do things that bring out inner potential.
Working towards exams can create a feeling of worry and being under pressure, bottling up of stress and trying to deal with it on your own, can make it worse. The extensive discussion at the event and the insightful conversation threw light upon the pressing issues dealing with exam preparation, time management and dealing with stress.
Since exams are a test of students' ability, the key to nail them involves efforts they put before hand and how they work efficiently in an organized way.
The session guided the students to plan and implement strategies to keep stress at bay and remain motivated to ultimately transform their visions into missions.
