With this thought students of Grade 3 through a skit showcased the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle is a conflation of several factors. One is not able to live a healthy lifestyle without a good diet, adequate sleep, exercise, and reduced stress.
Living a healthy lifestyle is about finding happiness and learning to avoid detrimental situation, triggers and substances that decrease overall health.
Nonetheless, one must form a platform based on healthy morals and principles in order to live life to its fullest potential.
