Deepawali Celebration with Staff at Prudence school, Ashok Vihar
PRUDENCE WISHES PEACE AND PROSPERITY ON DIWALI!! The Festival of Lights, harbinger of joy and prosperity came alive at Prudence School, Ashok Vihar on October 22, 2019 when the entire school wore a festive look with bright and colourful decorations adorning the school premises. The multi-hued rangoli at the entrance of the school building added sparkle to the festivity.
The celebrations were marked by the illuminating presence of Chairman Sir, Shri G.S. Matharoo and a host of other dignitaries who sparked off the glittering celebrations with the ceremonial lamp lighting which was followed a short and sweet cultural programme true to the spirit of Diwali.
On the occasion of this auspicious celebration, Matharoo Sir urged the staff members to uphold the banner of righteousness and knowledge to ward off the evils of ignorance and pride. He advocated a green and a cracker free Diwali to dispel the devils within.
Any Diwali celebration is incomplete without the exchange of gifts and keeping up with the tradition the staff members were presented with gifts as a token of love and gratitude. It was indeed a celebration befitting the grandeur associated with Diwali!
